South Melbourne FC is partnering with Sport4All to better understand the clubs culture and how we perform as an inclusive sporting organisation for those with disabilities.
Sport4All is a collaboration between the Australian Government, Sports Australia and Get Skilled Access, founded by Paralympic Gold Medallist and Grand Slam champion Dylan Alcott. Sport4All’s purpose is to provide people with disability the opportunity to participate in club and school sports when, where and how they choose.
The first step in the partnership is aimed at gathering the current views of members, players, parents, staff and volunteers and using this information to help the club to understand how it can improve.
You can help us by completing an online survey which takes 2-3 minutes. The information collected from this survey will form the report generated for the club. The report will only be sent to the individuals completing the survey and will be de-identified. South Melbourne FC will not see your individual responses.
